Roof Tearoffs

We provide clean, professional work on your home. We take care with your yard, flowers and everything else.

Your property will be left in the same shape it was in as when we started. We have dump trailers and lifts, so we can work with most any size home, from single story to our Northwest Mansions, while disposing of all roof waste, so you don’t have to!

Layovers/Re-roofing

We tear off all old ridgecaps to get a flat surface and add new vents, new wall and chimney flashings.

We want your job to be perfect! If we notice a leak or structural damage that would prevent us from doing a good job, we will let you know, and not just lay shingles over the problem.

New roofs

We build brand new roof for new construction on homes.

We are very prompt and work to fit the schedule of your construction.

For your roof, we use 6 nails per shingle, instead of the industry standard of 4, lay felt paper as an underlay, allowing us to and have your roof dried within 3 days, and use weaved valleys for great water drainage.
