  • Hamburger Stroganoff

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 cup chicken broth (or bouillon cube dissolved in water)
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt, I use Pink Himalayan
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon ground parsley

    Instructions

    1. Brown the ground beef in olive oil in a frying pan.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare mushrooms and onions for cooking (slice or chop, if necessary).

    • 1 Cucumber, sliced into discs
    • 3 Italian Meatballs

    • Hamburger Stroganoff, Cauli-Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Broccoli
