- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth (or bouillon cube dissolved in water)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, I use Pink Himalayan
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground parsley
- Brown the ground beef in olive oil in a frying pan.
- Meanwhile, prepare mushrooms and onions for cooking (slice or chop, if necessary).
