SharmaMeet the Website Developer

Sharma Dutton first started designing websites professionally while training for CompUSA as a corporate trainer at least 8 years ago. Sharma has been in the computer industry for the last 20 years, providing consulting and training services to companies such as General Motors (GM), Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Hughes Aircraft, JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratories), US West, and Goodwill Industries.

Sharma has been a Business/Computer Consultant and Trainer for 14 years, holding the title of MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist) Master Instructor. She has been a successful computer instructor for companies such as CompUSA, New Horizons, Productivity Point, Washington State University, Spokane Community College, Esprit Technologies, and helped Alpine College obtain their accredited status by using her credentials. She currently maintains a customer base offering business consulting, computer training, QuickBooks consulting and training, website design, merchant services, and low-cost advertising to small businesses in the Spokane, Washington metropolitan area to help small businesses be successful.

In addition to computer and business training, Sharma has done soft skills training including; Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Career Wardrobe Tips, Customer Service skills, Anger Management, Stress Management, Time Management, Goal Setting, CPT Coding, Medical Terminology, Medical and Bookkeeping.

In her younger years she acted as a Youth Group Leader, Singles Ministry Leader, Women's Ministry Leader, and Worship Team Member for her church. She was also a Junior Achievement Advisor in her twenties while working with McDonnell Douglas.

MichaelSharma is also proud to be the wife of Michael Dutton. When she had her "miracle baby" at 40, Arisa who's now 3 1/2 years old, she made a lifestyle choice to work primarily from home rather than leaving home to work. Due to their unexpected "miracle" baby, Sharma chose to change her career to that of a Washington State Coordinator and later a Regional Manager for J-1 Visa High School Foreign Exchange Students. Now she does primarily consulting and project work, although does still keep a hand in the training industry.

In addition, Sharma is an accomplished professional musician, playing the flute, saxophone, keyboards and vocals. She has sold over 100 copies of her music CD titled, "Intimate Encounter", which is jazz/R&B flute music and vocals which she composed and recorded. She has also played on many worship teams for the various churches she's attended over the last 25 years. She also taught flute lessons independently and on a college level for Portland Community College.

Having had the unique opportunity to see so many businesses and different types of organizations work from the inside out, as well as all the different types of educational training opportunities she's participated in, she felt she wanted to have an avenue in which to share this with others. Thus, this website was born.
